I Am a Social Servant: Helping to Assist Families and Empowering Women
Catt Serrano is an award-winning Author, Speaker, life and relationship coach who helps women obtain and maintain balance in work, life, and love to live an abundant life. Catt started her coaching business in 2016 to help other women deal with the sometimes-overwhelming issues of work, relationships, and trying to maintain a household while life is happening.
Catt decided to go on this journey to help others full-time when she experienced her own unbalance. Catt was dealing with learning of her mother’s stage 4 throat cancer, working a 9-5, while attempting to maintain the duties of being a wife and mother. Catt was the matriarch of her family and everyone depended on her for everything to the point where she put herself on the back burner and lacked her own self-care. After contemplating suicide, and coming back from that stronger than ever, Catt vowed to always practice self-care & balance and to help others do the same.
Catt is a wife, mother, sister, friend, among many other titles. Catt has her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and currently working on her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Catt has dedicated her life to helping others by working as a social servant with the State of Indiana with many State Agencies, in different capacities. Catt has worked with the Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Mental Health and Addiction and The Department of Child Services.
Prior to coaching, Catt spent over fifteen years as a case manager, corporate trainer, facilitator, and workshop leader. Today Catt offers a wide range of coaching programs and services which includes but not limited to individual coaching, group coaching, hosting, seminars, and keynote speeches.
Catt is also the founder of Girl Talk International Series, a non-profit organization to cultivate and foster women of all ages.
